Executive and Leadership Coaching

An effective project team is not a collection of uniform followers. It is a diverse group of intrinsically capable leaders, each bringing unique expertise, perspective, and drive. True leadership, however, is not about title or rank. It is the ability to connect with purpose and values, to take responsibility for the surrounding environment, and to help co‑create the business conditions needed for every function of the value chain to thrive.
Leadership is multidimensional. It lives at every ladder of the organisation, from the executive suite to the front‑line employee. The question is not whether you have leaders, but whether they are equipped to navigate complexity, inspire others, and deliver strategic outcomes in an era of Agentic AI, hybrid human‑machine teams, and relentless change.
LoopSight’s Leadership and Executive Coaching service exists to answer that question. We partner with your leaders, individually and in cohorts, to build performance capacity through focused action on strategic initiatives. We do not offer generic advice or rigid formulas. Instead, we draw on the industry‑standard Co‑Active Training Institute (CTI) framework, a coaching methodology built on a whole‑person philosophy.
Unlike directive advisory methods that tell leaders what to do, the Co‑Active model assumes that every client is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. Our role is not to fix you, but to partner with you, balancing action (doing) with relationship‑building (being), so that change emerges organically and lasts.
LoopSight’s Approach
Leaders today face unprecedented complexity: hybrid human‑AI teams, real‑time customer co‑creation, and feedback loops that accelerate change faster than ever. The Co‑Active methodology equips leaders to:
-
Stay human – even while orchestrating agents and algorithms
-
Stay curious – questioning their own mental models and assumptions
-
Stay connected – building trust across diverse stakeholders, including AI systems they supervise
LoopSight’s unique value: We do not coach in a vacuum. We coach leaders inside their real strategic initiatives – reducing technical debt, redesigning value streams, or scaling agentic workflows. The coaching is not an add‑on. It is the engine of sustainable transformation.
Phase 1: Discovery & Contracting (2–3 sessions)
Goal: Build trust, clarify the coaching relationship, and align on outcomes.
Activities:
-
Initial conversation – explore the leader’s purpose, values, and current challenges
-
Stakeholder mapping – identify who the leader needs to influence (direct reports, peers, executives)
-
360° input – confidential interviews or surveys to understand gaps and strengths
-
Contracting – define confidentiality, session cadence, success metrics, and duration (typically 6–12 months)
Deliverables:
-
Coaching charter (goals, boundaries, evaluation method)
-
Baseline self‑assessment against the three dimensions (Fulfillment, Balance, Process)
Phase 2: Deepening Awareness (4–6 sessions)
Goal: Help the leader see their patterns, mental models, and blind spots.
Activities:
-
Whole‑life mapping – examine how work and personal domains interact (energy, time, relationships)
-
Values clarification – identify core values and where current behaviours align or conflict
-
Systems thinking lens – surface “rhino horns” (unexamined assumptions) that narrow perspective
-
Feedback integration – review 360° data and co‑create insights
- Deliverables:
-
Personal insight summary (patterns, values, leverage points)
-
Development priorities (2–3 focus areas for the next phase)
Phase 3: Action & Experimentation (6–10 sessions)
Goal: Translate awareness into sustained behavioural change and measurable business impact.
Activities:
-
Design experiments – small, safe‑to‑try actions between sessions (e.g., new meeting behaviours, delegation practices, AI tool adoption)
-
Role‑play critical conversations – practice giving feedback, negotiating resources, or leading change
-
Co‑create accountability structures – peer coaching, journaling, or check‑ins with a trusted colleague
-
Link to strategic initiatives – every action ties to a specific business outcome (e.g., reducing technical debt, improving hybrid team performance)
Co‑Active emphasis: Balance “doing” (action experiments) with “being” (reflection on what it felt like, what got in the way).
Deliverables:
-
Experiment log (what was tried, what worked, what was learned)
-
Progress against development priorities (qualitative and quantitative metrics)
Phase 4: Embedding & Capability Transfer (Ongoing, 3–6 months)
Goal: Make new leadership behaviours automatic and teach them to others.
Activities:
-
Daily management integration – embed coaching tools into existing meeting rhythms (e.g., start team meetings with a “Fulfillment check‑in”)
-
Train the coach – the leader learns to use Co‑Active techniques with their own direct reports
-
Community of practice – join a peer coaching circle (other LoopSight clients) for ongoing mutual support
-
Sustainability planning – identify triggers that might pull the leader back into old patterns and design countermeasures
Deliverables:
-
Personal leadership operating model (daily habits, reflection routine, escalation protocols)
-
Certification as an internal coach (if desired) – able to facilitate Co‑Active conversations with their team
Phase 5: Evaluation & Transition (2–3 sessions)
Goal: Measure results and decide on next steps (graduation, follow‑up, or new focus).
Activities:
-
Re‑assess – repeat the 360° or self‑assessment to measure shift
-
Business impact review – link behaviour changes to KPIs (team engagement, project cycle time, retention, customer NPS)
-
Celebrate progress – explicitly acknowledge growth and new capabilities
-
Transition plan – define how the leader will continue developing without regular coaching (e.g., peer circle, quarterly tune‑up sessions)
Deliverables:
-
Final coaching report (confidential, leader‑owned)
-
Recommendations for ongoing support (e.g., executive sponsor, internal mentor)
